What we collect and why

We ask for your name, email, age group, and reason for joining so club organisers can review your interest and contact you about your application. Pronouns, community, reflective answers, interests, availability, and ideas are optional. Please do not submit sensitive experiences, health information, home addresses, or private information about anyone else.

Who can see it

Applications are stored on the club’s Vexusapp hosting account and can be accessed by authorised club organisers and the hosting account administrator. Responses are not published on this website, sold, or used for advertising. We record consent and submission time. A temporary hashed network identifier is used to limit spam; the host may separately keep standard server logs.

Your choices

You can skip optional fields. To request a correction, deletion, or withdrawal, reply to an organiser’s application follow-up email, or contact a club organiser through the channel where you found this club. Use the email address on your application to help us verify your request. Organisers should review applications and remove records that are no longer needed, including unsuccessful or withdrawn applications, within six months.

Younger visitors

This form is for visitors aged 13 and above. If you are under 13, ask a parent or guardian to contact the club rather than sending personal information here. Participation arrangements and any required guardian permission will be handled separately by organisers.

Cookies and other services

We use an essential session cookie to protect forms and organiser sign-in. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to serve them. If unavailable, your browser uses fallback fonts.

Questions about membership

Submitting an application does not automatically confirm membership. Organisers review applications themselves. Your optional reflections are an opportunity to share your perspective, not an automated ideology score.
